Perform nursing procedures such as catheterization and wound care.

Document patient progress accurately using appropriate coding practices.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and coordinate effective care transitions.
Skills
Proficiency in dementia care and understanding of related ailments.
Experience in emergency room settings is highly desirable.
