As an Ultrasound Technologist at Lower Keys Medical Center (LKMC) you'll play a vital role in doing what you do best - providing quality care to our patients. Requirements :
Requires a two (2) year allied health degree.
Must be licensed in the state of Florida.
Successful completion of an approved one (1) year program in Ultrasound Technology.
Must have registration with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS).
AHA / ARC Basic Life Support certification is required.
Two (2) years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist is also required.
About the job :
Performing diagnostic sonographic examinations utilizing ultrasonic equipment to locate, evaluate, and record critical functional, pathological, and anatomical data.
Scheduling and coordinating tests, recording test results, and preparing and maintaining operational logs.
Calibrates and maintains equipment and orders supplies when needed.
Must be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within this field.
