JOB PURPOSE:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Office/Accounting Assistant to join our team. Working with our Accounting, Sales and Enabling Technology teams, this position will be the process owner for the coordination of pre-authorizations for subscription renewals with external providers. This position will also be responsible for a variety of other administrative and operational support tasks, including greeting office visitors, sorting and disbursement of mail, running office errands, internal newsletter production and providing support to other departments as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
This is a Part-Time hourly position for 15 - 20 hours per week. Pay range starts at $17 per hour, depending on experience. Flexible schedule with work hours between 8:30am - 5:30pm on Monday to Friday.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Pre-Authorization & Renewals: Coordinate with our Accounting, Sales and Enabling Technology teams to facilitate the pre-authorizations for subscription renewals from external providers.
- Mail Handling: Sort, stamp and distribute incoming mail and packages. Prepare outgoing mail, including dropping off outgoing mail and packages at post office or other courier drop off locations. Mailing informational brochures to potential clients or existing clients.
- Office Errands: Run various errands, including trips to the post office, UPS, bank, grocery store or office supply store.
- Newsletter: assist in the production of our future monthly newsletter.
- Administrative Support: Assist with filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks as assigned. Provide general office support such as organizing and ordering office supplies and maintaining a tidy work environment.
- Departmental Assistance: Support other departments with administrative or operational tasks as needed, including warehouse, customer service, accounting, or sales.
- Housekeeping: Assist with stocking the kitchen with snacks. Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed (outside of the weekly professional provided cleaning service).
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as required to support the office and other teams.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Qualifications/Requirements, Desired Skills/Traits: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.
- Prior experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
- Prior experience in Accounting is preferred.
- Prior experience with Salesforce is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational and communication (both oral and written) skills.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Google Suite and office software.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation are required.
- Background check is required.
