Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence Senior Analyst to join us. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions, optimize operations, and enhance real estate investment strategies. This role requires expertise in data visualization, database management, and reporting tools to provide insights that drive business growth.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Analyze real estate market trends, property performance, and financial data to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and create reporting solutions that support decision-making.
- Manage and maintain data sources, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Use SQL, Python, or other data analytics tools to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track business and property performance.
- Provide predictive analytics and trend forecasting to support strategic planning.
- Work closely with IT and data teams to enhance data collection processes and infrastructure.
- Generate reports on property valuations, occupancy rates, rental trends, and operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and industry regulations.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) and data visualization techniques.
- Strong SQL and database management skills.
- Experience in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
- Familiarity with real estate market dynamics, investment strategies, and financial modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey data-driven insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, data science, real estate, or related field required.
- 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field
