This role helps provide best practice guidance on using the Group’s APIs, third-party integration fundamentals and data manipulation. What You’ll Do Create advanced customer BI reports using SQL for Simpro Group products. Utilise Simpro Group APIs to provide: Enhanced data import/export offerings. Bulk product configuration services. Attachment import services, especially in regards to customer migrations from legacy systems. Provide foundational knowledge and upskilling to the wider Services department. Leverage your understanding of APIs to support Services staff during customer onboarding and expansion initiatives. Design data transformation tools such as scripts and macros to improve data migration scalability. Design and build data import/export utilities to enhance our customer’s speed of adoption and ongoing recognition of our product’s value. What You’ll Bring Ability to design SQL scripts and extracts Advanced data transformation skills Technical expertise utilising APIs Knowledge of integration principles and 3rd party ETL tools Google Apps scripts, Python, VBA or equivalent Familiarity with 3rd party reporting tools a plus (Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.) Core values required of all Simpro, AroFlo, BigChange & ClockShark employees: While experience in the above areas will be highly considered, it’s important to note it will be secondary to the person with the right determination, attitude and compatibility.
