Position Overview
As a Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our manufacturing operations. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will oversee project workflows, manage equipment setup, and lead a team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards. This hands-on role requires a proactive leader who can delegate effectively, maintain safety standards, and foster a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate production team members to achieve project goals.
- Oversee manufacturing processes, delegate tasks, and ensure adherence to production schedules and budgets.
- Foster a positive, learning-focused work environment.
- Ensure all necessary equipment and tooling are operational and available for current and upcoming projects.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety standards to prioritize team safety.
- Provide management with insights on operational needs, challenges, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement in team skills and production methods.
- Step in to assist with hands-on tasks as needed.
Required Skills
