Who We’re Looking For:
- Experienced swim instructor who can teach all ages and skill levels
- Comfortable leading group lessons & engaging with young swimmers
- Passionate about teaching private lessons and helping clients progress
- Holds current lifeguard, CPR, and swim instructor certifications
- Enthusiastic, patient, and able to create a fun and safe learning environment
Your Role:
Lead group swim lessons for children, adults, and families
Teach Mommy & Me, beginner, intermediate, and advanced programs
Offer private lessons to swimmers seeking personalized coaching
Ensure a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment
Work collaboratively with Simpson Aquatics leadership to expand and enhance programs
