Description: We are a fast paced dental laboratory in Lee's Summit MO in search of a fun, energetic, hard worker to add to our growing team! Applicants must be able to professionally communicate directly with clients via phone calls, email and text messages regarding dental laboratory cases. Multitasking and organizational skills are a must! Prior dental knowledge is beneficial, but would be willing to train the right person.
Daily task include; coordinating the shipping, receiving, disinfecting, labeling, boxing, and scheduling of lab cases.
Essential Functions: Interprets dental lab prescriptions and prepares cases as needed to accomplish laboratory production task.
Job responsibilities may include any of the following:
- Accuracy in shipping and receiving of all lab cases coming in and out of laboratory. Deliver lab cases to local clients when completed.
- Maintain accurate records of cases, data, input, and also updating information for compiling of monthly reports. Communicates with clients regarding scheduling and shipping concerns.
- Answers phones and trouble shoots by following up on shipping and scheduling concerns, informing the appropriate lead or supervisor. Organizes and maintains work area to a high level of cleanliness in keeping with lab standards. Communicates with vendors regarding inventory and supplies ordering.
Requirements:
- Ability to read and understand written dental prescription. Possess the knowledge and skills which reflect the minimum ability to do the work required.
- Able to manage work load efficiently.
- Excellent phone and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and record keeping skills.
- Good typing and P.C. skill.
- Professional Appearance a must
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in Dental Lab or Dental Office setting.
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)
- High school graduate.
- Excellent Phone Communication
- Typing, P.C. data entry skills.
- Good driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00 /hour based on experience
Experienced individuals pay will be based off of abilities.
