Purpose of the Position
Provide administrative support to the various workflows of the Company. Must be versatile in their skill set and able to manage a variety of tasks as needed to support Operations, Administration, Sales, and Finance. Position may require flexible work hours to assist with managing lodging arrangements for Operations staff.
Essential Position Responsibilities
- Provides assistance as needed to Operations, Administration, Sales, and Finance.
- Answers company main phone line, schedules request with estimators and responds to general inquiries via email.
- Participates in daily team calls.
- Manages the lodging arrangements for Operations staff and resolves lodging issues, escalating as needed.
- Alphabetizes and files variety of documents including personnel and project files.
- Checks Company PO Box biweekly.
- Organizes and distributes daily field placement report.
- Deposits checks and money orders.
- Provides excellent customer service internally and externally.
- Provides written and verbal translations as needed.
- Assists sales staff with bids, SOQs and marketing collateral. May post on social media accounts on request.
- Coordinates safety drawings and other milestone celebrations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Physical activities: Talking; sitting; typing; entering data, often in small print. Occasional lifting of boxes of papers or files, up to 25 pounds.

Minimum Education: Associates Degree or equivalent Vocational Certificate.
