What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cashier-Lake City position at Simpson Hardware and Sports?
Assist customers in finalizing their purchases. Maintain helpful customer service, process sales quickly, accurately, and efficiently, and cash register operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a timely matter and provide outstanding customer service
- Accurately and efficiently ring on registers and maintain all cash at registers
- Ability to process information and/or merchandise through register system
- Exceptional organizational ability, high attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills with a strong willingness to learn
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Criminal background check
- Standing for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to lift in excess of 25lbs
- U.S. Citizen or eligibility to work in the United States
