Your Role as Community Manager :
As the leader of our property operations team at The Battery on Blake Street Luxury Apartment Homes (a premier 164-unit mid-rise community situated in the vibrant Ballpark neighborhood), you will play a key role in delivering results and fostering a positive environment. Responsibilities include :
- Overseeing all business operations to achieve established financial objectives.
- Hiring, managing, coaching, and inspiring your team to drive their success.
- Collaborating with the Regional Property Manager to develop and manage the annual property budget.
- Monitoring local market trends to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Ensuring timely readiness of vacant units for leasing and prompt resolution of maintenance requests.
- Building strong relationships with residents to enhance their living experience.

Pay Range : $77,436 - $92,000 per year. This pay range is approximate; actual pay may vary based on experience, education, and other factors.
