Job title: Paralegal (Real Estate)

Salary: $90,000 - $135,000 Per annum

Work within the Real estate practice group within a firm with a truly global presence, with offices in major business and financial hubs across 16 countries on five continents. Additionally, we carefully select lawyers based on their ability to meet the unique needs of each client, no matter where they are located. We are seeking individuals eager to contribute to a dynamic, global client service team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working within the Real Estate and Financial Market practice areas focusing on commercial real estate loans, dispositions, and sale transactions.
- Conducting due diligence on title, survey, zoning, and related documents
- Drafting, editing, and preparing legal documents and correspondence
- Ordering and negotiating title, survey, and zoning reports
- Managing bills and disbursement paperwork
- Organizing and coordinating escrow closings for purchase, sale, and finance transactions
- Assisting in preparing closing documents and reviewing settlement statements
- Handling post-closing tasks, such as filing UCCs and preparing closing binders
- Real estate finance & leasing
What they need:
- 2 years experience within a law firm setting
- Bachelor Degree or Accredited Paralegal certificate
- Excellent communication skills & willingness to build relationships
