Corporate Associate

An exciting firm based in White Plains are on a growth trajectory and are looking to expand within their corporate practice. An opportunity is available for a corporate associate to join a team that combines legal expertise with a practical, experience-driven approach. The role involves assisting with employment contracts, severance and executive compensation agreements, lease reviews, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate debt refinancing.
See below key requirements:
- 2-5 years experience dealing with corporate transactional work
- Confident handling own caseload with minimal supervision
- Admission to NY Bar
On Offer:
- Salary commensurate with experience, circa $150-170k
- Bonus structure and company perks available
