Associate Attorney – Family Law
Location: Garden City, NY (Manhattan office)

They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to ideally join their Garden City office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in family and matrimonial law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and equitable distribution.
- Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, agreements, and correspondence.
- Handle court appearances, depositions, and mediations.
- Provide clients with sound legal advice and maintain excellent client communication throughout the legal process.
- Collaborate with partners and other team members to develop strategies tailored to each client’s needs.
- Conduct legal research to support case development and arguments.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar.
- 1 years of experience in matrimonial or family law preferred.
- Strong legal writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- A client-focused approach with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
- Salary range of $90,000–$120,000, commensurate with experience.
