They are seeking an FP&A Manager to join their team. This role is pivotal in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the firm and its portfolio companies. The position offers a hybrid working model and a unique opportunity to work directly with senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis:
Develop and manage financial models for the firm and its portfolio companies.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
Provide insights through variance analysis and KPI tracking.
Database Management:
Utilize and manage databases, including Azure, for financial data consolidation and analysis.
Ensure data accuracy and implement improvements to streamline workflows.
Reporting:
Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for internal leadership and external stakeholders.
Support board-level reporting for portfolio companies.
Strategic Support:
Partner with investment and operational teams to provide financial insights for acquisitions, divestitures, and growth strategies.
Assist in due diligence for potential investments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex financial modeling.
Experience with databases such as Azure or similar platforms.
Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
5 years of FP&A experience, preferably within private equity, investment banking, or a similar environment.
Attributes:
Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting financial data to senior executives.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
