We are seeking a talented Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our team at Simpson Judge. As a key member of our commercial real estate division, you will play a crucial role in handling a high volume of loan closings each month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate closing documents for real estate loans involving business-purpose transactions
- Collaborate with clients, title companies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient closings
- Provide expert legal guidance and support throughout the transaction lifecycle
Requirements:
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar (NY Bar admission desirable)
- At least 3 years of experience in real estate transactions / lending / foreclosure / closing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Commitment to client service and team collaboration, with ability to be self-sufficient
