Title : Senior Attorney (Real Estate & Business Law)
Location : Valley Stream, Nassau County, NY.
Salary : $225,000 - $300,000
Simpson Judge Ltd are proud to be partnered with a private law firm, specializing in Business & Real Estate law, to assist with their expansion plans through 2025. During 2024, I worked closely with the Managing Partners to appoint a Senior Attorney, and they are now looking to replicate this hire. This firm mainly deals with Commercial Real Estate transactions, Financing, Leasing, Litigation and Business formation / M&A. Boasting transactions that regularly exceed $100M in value, this firm is looking for someone who is self-sufficient, with the ability to be proactive with maintaining client relationships and expansion of their business operations.
After operating for over 10 years, scaling through word of mouth / results / organic growth, this firm is looking to add to their current team of 6 legal professionals. Due to their market presence, all their business is inbound, allowing them to ‘pick & choose’ their clientele. As a result, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone, who is keen to build their own book of business.

What they need :
J.D. degree, admitted in NY
Strong Real Estate transactions & leasing experience, from inception to completion independently (6 years)
Experience in Financing, Leasing & Commercial Real Estate transactions.
Strong understanding of REIT's
