The Financial Business Intelligence team is responsible for delivering financial dashboards and data visualizations to support strategic initiatives and drive decision making. The ideal candidate will be experienced with Power BI. This individual will report to the Manager of Financial Business Intelligence and will be required to collaborate across all levels of Firm personnel. The role will work with the Manager of Financial Business Intelligence to cultivate innovative solutions for others within the organization, such as partners, practice group and office leadership, and practice managers, to effectively manage the financial aspect of their business.

The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. This role is non-exempt meaning it is overtime pay eligible.

Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy business intelligence solutions for the organization
- Support Power BI efforts and related services
- Analyze business requirements and existing reporting suite and make recommendations accordingly
- Create and maintain relevant training or design documentation
- Coordinate with project stakeholders
- Setup security and create/monitor report refresh schedules
- Maintain change management and communicate updates for active reports to users
- Develop data models for reporting purposes as needed
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree
- Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business, or Math preferred
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience in strategic business intelligence.
- Strong experience with Power BI , Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with developing technical documentation
- Working knowledge of database structures, reporting software packages, DAX/MDX, Python, SQL scripting and more.
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to take business requirements and implement technical/analytics solutions in fast paced environment.
- Proven ability to adapt to change and balance competing demands and priorities.
- Experience in financial analysis or a law firm setting preferred but not required
