NY Only: The estimated base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000 at the time of posting.

Responsibilities
- Support the Manager, Operations & Sustainability with gathering operations and environmental data from other departments/offices and analyzing data to create opportunities for process improvements
- Respond to RFPs and questionnaires related to the Firm’s environmental policies and processes
- Assist with logistical planning for office moves and coordinate moves with stakeholders; analyze and improve efficiency while maintaining a seamless process
- Coordinate and manage tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted timelines
- Manage relationships with key operations departments, office leaders, and IT to provide direction and guidance to internal teams to achieve performance targets
- Maintain clear and accurate operational reports and documents
- Coordinate annual global property and casualty insurance renewals with insurance brokers and make recommendations to branch offices and management
- Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes
- Additional duties as needed
- Bachelor's degree required
- 4 years of experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels
- Commitment to providing exceptional support and service to internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and effectively juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in operations and work product
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and foster a collaborative approach to working across teams and with management
- Adept at proactively identifying and analyzing problems and developing effective solutions
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of the firm’s internal and client information
- Ability to effectively convey solutions to teams and related support, explaining project framework, expectations and deadlines
- Proactive, self-starter who understands the details and can integrate them into a much larger strategic context
