This position serves as a team leader for the recruitment team, working with non-traditional undergraduate and graduate prospective students. This position leads a team of full-time admissions professionals, as well as highly trained student admissions counselors and campus hosts, assisting with the admissions process including financial aid, registration, and other important enrollment processes. This position assists the Dean of Enrollment and Marketing with events and tasks, including oversight of the admissions / recruitment teams’ strategic activities leading to achievement of enrollment goals.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Three or more years of professional student recruitment experience required
- Two or more years of supervisory experience preferred
- Proven past success in recruitment of students
- Ability to train, assist, and motivate staff toward their recruitment goals
- Outstanding communication / interpersonal skills and the ability to lead. Must have knowledge in financial aid, ethical recruitment practices, and work within the standards set forth by NACAC, NACCAP, AACRAO and the CCCU
- Strong computer application and database management skills such as CRM for recruitment
- Self-starter, highly motivated, well-organized and a team player in a fast-paced work environment
