General Maintenance:
- Conduct routine inspections of community facilities and grounds.
- Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other systems as needed.
- Address resident requests for maintenance promptly and efficiently.

Preventive Maintenance:
- Implement scheduled preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity of equipment and facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of preventive maintenance activities.

Emergency Response:
- Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to emergency maintenance issues outside of regular working hours.
- Assess and resolve urgent maintenance problems to ensure the safety and well-being of residents.

Collaboration:
- Coordinate with other members of the maintenance team to prioritize and execute tasks.
- Collaborate with various departments to address specific maintenance needs.

Documentation:
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
- Report any significant findings or concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure living environment for residents.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician II or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance systems.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items, climb ladders, and perform other physically demanding tasks.
