Here is What Your day May Consist of:
Lead & Inspire: Train and mentor veterinary technicians and assistants, delegate responsibilities, and provide constructive feedback.
Advanced Patient Care: Perform anesthesia monitoring, surgical assistance, and manage critical care patients with expertise.
Ensure Excellence: Maintain accurate patient records, enforce practice standards, and contribute to quality assurance efforts.
Client Education: Effectively communicate treatment plans and post-care instructions, ensuring pet owners feel confident and informed.
Operational Leadership: Assist with clinic operations, lead team meetings, and collaborate with leadership to improve efficiency and staff development.
