Job Summary: The Office Administrator is responsible for administrative responsibilities of the branch office.
Essential Functions:
- Support all corporate departments such as Human Resources, Safety & Risk, Fleet Operations, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Sales, and Executive team. Respond to corporate requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain an understanding of company policies and procedures. Review company handbook periodically to ensure accurate knowledge.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards as well as all government regulations.
- Create and nurture a positive work environment by treating others with mutual respect and concern.
- Responsible for office operations such as ordering supplies, maintaining files, and running various reports.
- Timekeeping and basic payroll functions.
- Perform billing and work with Accounts Payable to resolve vendor statement issues.
- Assist with training new hires on policies and procedures regarding payroll time, expenses, and per diems.
- Open and review work orders in conjunction with dispatchers, branch managers, and operations managers.
- Open and review purchase orders.
- Update customer information and process credit pps.
- Answer office phones and handle appropriately.

Minimum Requirements:
- Three (3) years of experience in Customer Service, Office Procedures, and Accounts Payable.
- Valid Florida Driver’s License.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to understand, speak, read, and write in English
