What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fabricator position at Sims-Lohman, Inc.?
Sims-Lohman is hiring Granite Fabricators - Polishers to work at our Brooklyn Heights, Ohio location. We have first shift available. Shift times are 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM for first shift with overtime as needed. Pay based on interview and experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Trim, scrape or polish countertops or parts, using hand grinders and equipment
- Verify quality of finished countertops by inspecting them, comparing them to templates or measuring their dimensions
- Operate fabrication machinery to router or polish counter top edges
Qualifications
- 1 years' experience fabricating and or polishing countertops
- Ability to use a variety of hand tools including hand grinders and hand routers
- Ability to read shop drawings and use a tape measure
- Ability to work with heavyweight
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen; No Background Check Required.
