Granite Install Supervisor

Location: Smyrna, TN, 37167
Schedule: Monday - Friday 1st Shift

Job Description:

The Granite Install Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the installation of granite countertops in residential and commercial properties. They will manage a team of installers and ensure that all installations are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of granite installers
• Ensure that all installations are completed on time and within budget
• Ensure that all installations meet the highest quality standards
• Coordinate with customers to schedule installations
• Order materials and supplies as needed
• Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order
• Train new installers as needed
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed
• Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience with stone installations into customer homes.
• Knowledge of modern production scheduling, lean manufacturing and safe workplace requirements strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and team building skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage a team and work well under pressure
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain DOT Certification is required.
