Granite Install Supervisor
Location: Smyrna, TN, 37167
Schedule: Monday - Friday 1st Shift
Job Description:
The Granite Install Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the installation of granite countertops in residential and commercial properties. They will manage a team of installers and ensure that all installations are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of granite installers
- Ensure that all installations are completed on time and within budget
- Ensure that all installations meet the highest quality standards
- Coordinate with customers to schedule installations
- Order materials and supplies as needed
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order
- Train new installers as needed
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience with stone installations into customer homes.
- Knowledge of modern production scheduling, lean manufacturing and safe workplace requirements strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and team building skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage a team and work well under pressure
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain DOT Certification is required.
