The Global HR Project Specialist supports the Global HR department by seamlessly integrating project management, HR expertise, and data analysis. This role fosters effective communication between our international offices, enhancing global HR operations and ensuring compliance with international labor laws. Additionally, the position brings a creative touch to presentations and documents, making them visually engaging and aligned with our brand. By providing professional, analytical, and technical support to HR-related projects and initiatives, the Global HR Project Specialist contributes to the interpretation and maintenance of HR policies, programs, and procedures.
- Manage and track HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Organize and facilitate meetings and distribute project updates.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights.
- Create detailed reports and presentations
- Make data-driven recommendations to improve HR processes and strategies
- Manage global HR projects, including employee classification, compensation across multiple regions.
- Act as a liaison between international offices and headquarters
- Design visually appealing HR documents, presentations, and training materials
- Use creative tools and techniques to ensure all HR materials are engaging, professional and aligned with the company and HR department brand.
- Manage HR reporting requirements for HR, Finance and Operations
- Manage global HR client audits
- Review and update Job Descriptions, Policies and procedures
- Conduct research on critical HR topics and functions
- Audit, test HCM Global data
- Utilize office suite and Power Bi to create pivot table, use V look-up analyze data and create reports
- Create newsletters and other materials for HR using Photoshop
- Other duties as assigned
