Responsibilities

Manage and maintain inventory of parts and supplies - Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts - Price parts accurately and competitively - Utilize systems and software to track and manage parts inventory - Assist customers in identifying and procuring the correct parts for their needs - Provide exceptional customer service and support - Maintain accurate records of parts transactions and inventory levels - Collaborate with other team members to optimize inventory control processes

Skills

Strong supplier management skills to ensure timely delivery of parts - Knowledge of pricing strategies to accurately price parts - Proficiency in using inventory management systems and software - Experience operating a forklift for moving and organizing parts - Excellent inventory control skills to maintain accurate records and optimize stock levels - Ability to procure the right parts based on customer needs - Knowledge of auto body repair parts is a plus - Familiarity with demand planning techniques for efficient inventory management - Experience in shipping and receiving processes

This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Parts Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring that the right parts are available when needed, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
