In the role of Office Manager/Steel Sales Associate, you will be integral to the smooth day to day operation of our office while also supporting our sales efforts in the steel industry. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will utilize your core skills in office management, communication, and organization to handle appointment scheduling and clerical tasks efficiently. Your premium skills in QuickBooks and vendor management will enhance our financial processes, while your relevant experience in team management and front desk operations will ensure a welcoming environment for clients and staff alike.
