Job Summary: As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be at the heart of our business operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of Salesforce for our teams. This role requires a methodical, detail-oriented individual who enjoys mastering systems, maintaining clean data, and supporting others with expert guidance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Manage users, user profiles, permission sets, custom objects/fields, Flows, and Lightning Pages.
- Provide daily Salesforce Help Desk support, train new users, and help foster Salesforce expertise across the company.
- Maintain clean Salesforce data without duplicates, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and execute new development requests, proactively identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Create and maintain standard Salesforce reports and dashboards for all users.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and manage system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for key processes to ensure best practices.
- Sync selected data between our Salesforce instance and our software supplier’s Salesforce Partner Community.
Qualifications:
- 6-12 months of Salesforce administration experience.
- Salesforce administrator certification or equivalent knowledge.
- Strong understanding of complex business processes and reporting mechanisms.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Eagerness to constantly learn and challenge the status quo.
- Ability to balance technical decisions with big-picture thinking.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce tools such as Approval Processes, Flows, Dynamic Forms, and Dynamic Actions.
- Proven ability to create detailed reports and dashboards.
- Solid grasp of accounting principles and general business concepts.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud for sales and support operations.
- Experience optimizing Salesforce activities in support of business objectives
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to other Salesforce products including Account Engagement (Pardot), Sales Engagement (High Velocity Sales), Quip, and Einstein for Sales
- Demonstrated capability in integrating platforms such as Outlook, Conga, Certinia (FinancialForce), and Microsoft Teams.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and Pivot Tables.
- Interest in Generative AI
