What You'll Do:
- Lead Strategic Growth: Drive partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), teaching institutions, and industry leaders to expand SimulEYE’s reach and reputation.
- Expand Market Presence: Manage distributor relationships and develop region-specific strategies to boost performance across the U.S., Canada, and LATAM.
- Deliver Value-Driven Solutions: Design and implement sales strategies, collaborative B2B models, and hands-on wet labs that showcase the real-world impact of our simulations.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with the CEO and global leadership to shape business strategy and align with international growth efforts.
- Monthly Pipeline Forecasting and Reports
- 7 years in business development, sales, marketing in the ophthalmic field
- Strong network within the ophthalmic industry and training institutions
- Proven ability to drive growth in both established and emerging markets
- Strategic mindset with sharp execution, communication, and leadership skills
- Respected by peers and industry leaders for their integrity, reliability, influence and ability to build strong, trust-based relationships
- BA or higher
