- Demonstrated expertise in developing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving Logstash pipelines
- Experience in developing system/software architecture diagrams and processes
- Ability to develop and maintain Logstash pipelines
- Mentoring junior teammates
- Identifying, troubleshooting, and correcting software bugs/issues
