What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Expert position at SimVentions, Inc?
We are seeking an experienced Software Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the area of avionics software familiar with Military Standard 1553 (MIL-STD-1553) and ARINC-429. The ideal candidate will provide recommendations on avionics, embedded coding languages, and Ethernet or Serial communication protocols to an Integrated Product Team for program requirements and objectives.
A Top Secret Clearance is required for this position (Interim TS will be considered). The candidate must have at least 5 years of software engineering experience, including requirements analysis, design, coding, integration, and/or testing. Additionally, a minimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering for DoD aircraft or weapon systems is required.
The selected individual will provide technical guidance and recommendations to IPT members in support of software and hardware development. They will also identify risks and issues to development efforts and interface with the Software Support Activity (SSA) to provide technical guidance and recommendations regarding software and process sustainment efforts.
Responsibilities include:

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Engineering from an Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) accredited college program.
