We are seeking an experienced Software Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team at SimVentions, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and recommendations on avionics software development, including requirements analysis, design, coding, integration, and testing.
About the Role
You will work closely with our Integrated Product Team (IPT) to ensure that our software development meets the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will also interface with our Software Support Activity (SSA) to provide technical guidance and recommendations regarding software and process sustainment efforts.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of software engineering experience, including requirements analysis, design, coding, integration, and testing. Additionally, they should have at least 3 years of experience in software engineering for DoD aircraft or weapon systems. A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Engineering from an ABET-accredited college program is required.
