You will play a critical role in financial planning, administration, and reporting while leveraging your exceptional Excel and analytical skills.
Clearance Requirements : An Interim Secret Clearance is necessary for this role. Candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information. US citizenship is required for clearance procurement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process and manage funding documents within Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP), ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Utilize various Navy programs such as Procurement Business Intelligence Service (PBIS) and Computer Optimized Batch Reconciliation Application (COBRA) to conduct financial analysis and generate reports.
- Create and distribute weekly financial summaries capturing all active year funding, developing automated queries and reports.
- Provide customer support and interface with stakeholders for the entry of Task Planning Sheets and task modifications in the NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS).
- Monitor fiscal year allocation plans and execution reports, ensuring compliance with DOD and USN policies.
- Participate actively in planning meetings, collaborating with government and business partners.

Compensation : At SimVentions, we offer competitive compensation that ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, determined by experience, education, training, and other relevant factors.
