Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled General Superintendent with expertise in heavy civil construction to join our team in Frisco, TX. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills who thrives in a dynamic and growth-oriented setting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all phases of heavy civil construction projects.
- Ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery of projects.
- Lead and mentor teams, conducting daily reviews and addressing challenges proactively.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to align project needs and deliverables.
- Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
