Job Title: Subcontract Administrator
Job Summary:
The Subcontract Administrator is responsible for assisting Private Operations team with administrative duties associated with subcontracts, change orders, and purchase orders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage electronic filing following standard labels.
- Review and maintain subcontract requests per company guidelines.
- Track RFPs, proposals, and approvals for subcontract needs.
- Create and send subcontract agreements and changes.
- Work with Operations and Subcontractors to build relationships and ensure services match agreements.
- Support projects with cross-team collaboration.
- Help with subcontract negotiations and compliance.
- Stay updated on company policies and practices.
- Aid Finance in billing and reporting for Subcontract work.
- Assist in resolving invoicing issues.
- Keep Subcontract files organized and compliant.
- Support proposal creation and project closure tasks.
- Update subcontractor information in the database.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2 years of subcontract admin experience in construction.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good at multitasking.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
