The Patient Safety Assistant is responsible for providing direct supervision and companionship to patients as a safety measure to prevent suicidal, behavioral, and medical patients from harming themselves.

REQUIRED LICENSES, CERTIFICATES, REGISTRATIONS: PREFERRED CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT, PATIENT CARE TECHNICIAN, OR RELATED HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE

Minimum 1 year acute hospital /healthcare setting experience. Must be able to complete training module prior to first assignment .
