- Safely operate a van or other delivery vehicle to transport packages and documents
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- Load and unload packages from the vehicle
- Use GPS or navigation tools to navigate unfamiliar areas
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
- Report any issues or concerns with deliveries or vehicle maintenance to the supervisor

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a van driver, delivery driver, or courier
- Familiarity with route driving and navigating using GPS or maps
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and loading/unloading packages
