We need you to join our team:
Sinai Residences is seeking a service-driven Concierge who will provide five-star hotel quality concierge service to our residences and one who understands the worth of superb customer service. A successful candidate will have a confident personality, an outgoing, friendly, and welcoming demeanor, enjoys networking with residents, and are equipped with excellent communication skills (written and verbal). In addition, should possess a comprehensive knowledge of local businesses, travel selections, and entertainment scenes.
In addition, as concierge, you will proactively anticipate the needs of the resident and offer quick solutions. Personalizing the delivery of services to meet the specific needs of the resident.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Two years of hospitality or Customer Service experience, strongly preferred.
- Higher education and vocational training in the hospitality industry desired.
- Good geographic knowledge of surrounding areas, strongly preferred.
- Awareness of cultural events
Salary : $15 - $19
