About the Position
Duties :
- Adds and removes user access within Yardi software
- Grants permission rights for users and creates dynamic lists within Yardi
- Updates rents and adds amenities needed for each asset
- Troubleshoots all Yardi inquiries prior to ticket escalation
- Trains all employees within Yardi platform to include operational policies and procedures
- Maintains vendor relations for Yardi products such as Rent Café CRM, Asset IQ, Market IQ, Elevate, and Voyager Live
- Integrates 3rd party companies into Yardi program
- Assists accounting department in coordinating GL codes, correcting errors, processing payment related items, monitoring transaction history, reviewing disputed credit card payments, providing ledger corrections, etc.
- Conducts full onboarding process for new properties into Yardi software
- Completes offboarding process and license removal for sold assets
- Assists commercial team with Yardi related questions and training
- Provides assistances to IT in any capacity necessary
- Creates document manager letters in Yardi
- Assists maintenance staff with mobile work order setup
- Completes any additional tasks assigned by supervisor or other members of upper management
