Position Summary
The Social Media Coordinator will manage and grow Sincere Healthcare Institute’s social media presence. This includes developing content strategies, creating compelling posts, engaging with our audience, and tracking performance. This hybrid position offers part-time flexibility and the opportunity to be part of a mission-driven team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness
- Create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms
- Design visual content (graphics, videos, reels) using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite
- Monitor and respond to audience interactions in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to support campaigns and events
- Analyze social media metrics and prepare performance reports
- Stay informed on social media trends, especially in healthcare and education
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing professional social media accounts (portfolio or examples required)
- Strong communication, writing, and editing skills
- Basic graphic design and video editing abilities
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Interest or background in healthcare or education is a plus
Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time (10–20 hours/week to start)
- Hybrid work model: mostly remote with occasional on-site meetings or events
