Infor Cloudsuite Solution Architect

The Infor Solution Architect will play a key role in optimizing and automating business processes using the Infor CloudSuite Industrial systems. This individual will bring deep expertise in Infor, Syteline, CSI, and CRM SLX systems, combining advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across teams to address both technical and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the optimization of Infor systems to ensure they are scalable, secure, and aligned with the organization’s business objectives.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand functional and technical requirements for Infor solutions.
• Design, configure, and implement Infor solutions that fulfill business needs, including integrations with other business systems when needed.
• Develop Birst reports and dashboards to support ongoing operations and meet departmental reporting needs.
• Customize and configure Infor systems when standard solutions don’t align with business processes.
• Manage the integration of Infor with other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, HRMS, Financial Systems).
• Provide leadership and guidance to management, ensuring adherence to best practices and ensuring timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with division managers to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements for Infor-related projects.
• Conduct thorough testing of Infor systems to ensure they meet performance, security, and quality standards.
• Train end-users and provide continued support to guarantee the success of Infor system deployments.
• Plan and manage Infor system upgrades to ensure minimal disruption during transitions.
• Prepare detailed documentation outlining solution designs, optimization procedures, and system configurations.
• Commit to a challenging role that leverages advanced technical skills to improve complex software systems.
• Perform in-office duties five days a week at the designated branch office.
• Communicate effectively in English during emergency situations and when performing critical job duties.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety programs to promote an injury-free work environment.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 6 years of experience in Infor architecture, design, and implementation (10 years preferred).
• Familiarity with other ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite is a plus.
• Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully leading Infor implementations from start to finish.
• Proven expertise in integrating Infor systems with other enterprise applications and data sources.
• Experience in customizing, configuring, and developing reports within Infor systems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex business challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and problem-solving techniques.
• Strong understanding of business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Service, and Manufacturing.

Desired Skills:

• Proven experience in architecting and supporting Infor Syteline CloudSuite Industrial implementations.
• Extensive knowledge of the Infor Mongoose framework, including Syteline (CSI) database, IDOs, and expertise in .NET, C#, and custom scripting.
• Solid understanding of data management and integration tools.
• Experience working in Agile environments or familiarity with Agile project management practices.
