Job Description

Role Summary

The Executive Director of Corporate Finance will be responsible for developing and implementing financial plans and strategies to achieve company objectives. This includes enhancements in investor relations, capital markets activities, and financial planning. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of technical financial expertise, strategic insight, and dynamic leadership to drive financial performance while upholding our commitment to fiscal accountability and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Oversee corporate finance functions such as treasury, accounting, tax, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Lead the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
• Maintain relationships with lenders, auditors, and other external partners.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA) or professional certifications (CPA, CFA) are highly preferred. At least 15 years in progressive financial roles, including a minimum of 5 years in leadership positions, most recently in a publicly listed company.
