Job Description
Role Summary
The Senior Vice President of Finance will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive financial strategy that supports the company's goals. This includes enhancements in investor relations, capital markets activities, and financial planning. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of technical financial expertise, strategic insight, and dynamic leadership to drive financial performance while upholding our commitment to fiscal accountability and regulatory compliance.Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Oversee corporate finance functions such as treasury, accounting, tax, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Lead the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
- Maintain relationships with lenders, auditors, and other external partners.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA) or professional certifications (CPA, CFA) are highly preferred. At least 15 years in progressive financial roles, including a minimum of 5 years in leadership positions, most recently in a publicly listed company.
