Sinclair Broadcast Group seeks a motivated and experienced Sr. Systems Administrator, experienced with Windows Server OS, AD, O365, Exchange, Teams, VMware, and some Linux to join the Corporate Information Technology Department. The individual will support key Enterprise infrastructure solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Provide quality documentation and training to other teams
- Drive efficiencies through process automation to optimize operations and ensure service uptimes
- Collaborate with other internal teams and third-party vendors to define best-in-class solutions
- Proactively monitor KPIs and address areas of improvement
- Provide Tier IV support for the Operations Team
- Be part of an on-call rotations with other IT Operations members

The base salary compensation range for this role is $100,000 to $128,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
Salary : $100,000 - $128,000
