The Client Engagement Logistics and Support Specialist for Workforce Development is responsible for providing administrative, clerical, and logistical support to the Workforce Development Team at the Courseview campus. This position must also provide consistent, high-quality customer service to customers and staff of Workforce Development, including corporate customers planning or attending programs, community members, Sinclair students, faculty and program providers, and other Sinclair staff. Independent judgment is required to plan and organize a diversified workload. The Client Engagement Logistics and Support Specialist recommends changes in office practices or procedures. This position enables the staff to use their skills most appropriately, efficiently, and effectively by recognizing, responding, researching, and suggesting viable solutions/options to their needs and initiating, processing, and following through on administrative, clerical, and logistical functions.
The salary for this position begins at $38,792.00 and is determined commensurate with education and experience.

Principal Accountabilities
Logistical Support for Contract Sales Engagements
- Create, maintain, and file engagement checklists
- Create and distribute class rosters, sign-in sheets, certificates, and surveys
- Order supplies, print and/or assemble necessary materials, and order any needed catering
- Reserve, set up/clean up rooms for training and client events (ability to move and lift tables/chairs)
- Coordinate AV and technical requirements with IT
- Provide facilitator support (technical, material, etc.)
- Assist with kicking off or wrapping up engagements as needed
- Post classes on the WFD registration site as a backup
- Provide other logistical support for open enrollment, contract sales, and other events and client-related activities as backup
- Assist with contracts and invoicing duties for the Courseview campus
- Facilitate VR training sessions, including troubleshooting, as needed
- Manage complex issues that may require decision-making and creative solutions and a thorough understanding of client sales policies, processes, and functions (e.g., cancellation and refund policies, sales process, etc.).
- Enter and summarize survey data for Courseview campus contract and open-enrollment classes, Dayton campus as backup
- Maintain learner records for all completers of WFD programs coordinated through the Courseview campus
Office Support
- Schedule and organize activities such as WFD calendar appointments/meetings, contracts, files, bills, and reporting for Courseview campus Workforce Development staff
- Order and maintain inventory of materials and supplies as necessary
- Receive and sort incoming and prepare outgoing mail/UPS/FedEx
- Manage marketing collateral (printing, getting materials ready for event booths/tables)
Special Projects

Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in office administration in a business environment required
- Ability to multi-task required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and capability to prioritize tasks required
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service required
- Strong team interaction, relationship building, and conflict resolution skills required
- Highly proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook required
- Excellent oral and written communication and listening skills required
- Proven ability to initiate and carry through projects in determined time frames required
- Must have a valid Driver’s license and be able to travel to different sites occasionally (mileage reimbursed)
