The part-time Title IX Program Assistant position supports the Title IX Office in ensuring compliance with all related federal laws and regulations in conjunction with Sinclair’s policies and procedures.
This position supports the Title IX Office by writing informational emails, investigative reports, and summarizing witness statements. This position is responsible for tracking and documenting all case information electronically. The Title IX Program Assistant assists with all other aspects of the Title IX programs as needed.
The hourly pay rate for this position is $24.41 and has a maximum of 28 hours per week.

Principal Accountabilities
- Write clear and comprehensive investigative reports based upon investigation findings
- Assist with the preparation of Title IX logs and statistics for record keeping;
- Stay abreast of applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and guidance
- Complete regular trainings and maintain knowledge of updates to stay current with regulations and procedures
- Assist with data collection, updating and maintaining confidential case files and other records
- Other duties as assigned by the Title IX Coordinator to include, but not limited to, clerical and administrative duties
Requirements
- Minimum of an associate’s degree in management, business or related field required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of two years of closely related work experience required
- Paralegal experience preferred
- Excellent, comprehensive, and accurate writing skills required
- Experience managing confidential information and exercising good judgment on sensitive matters required
- Strong organization and analytical skills required
- Ability to prioritize and manage a significant workload and multiple deadlines required
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and the ability to promote and model behavior for an inclusive and respectful working environment required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools to include Excel spreadsheets required
- A writing sample is required as part of the interview process
