Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Network and Operations Manager to join our innovative team. This role offers hands-on experience with advanced technologies and building systems, directly contributing to our sustainable project success. Responsibilities:

• Travel to worksites to commission sustainable DC systems.
• Build and maintain PoE building system networks.
• Troubleshoot network and control system issues using tools like Wireshark, Fluke meters, and voltmeters.
• Communicate project updates and support information clearly with team members.
• Perform in-office product pre-commissioning, testing, and integration evaluation.
• Manage and organize incoming pre-commissioning products.
• Provide in-person and/or remote technical support and assist with system upgrades for existing projects.
• Participate in ongoing training for various DC technologies.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in related fields.
• Background in networking and low-voltage systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in networking and troubleshooting.
• Willingness to travel to various job sites throughout the year.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience with conventional low-voltage systems.
• Cisco CCNP/CCNA and/or BICSI Installer/Technician certification preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting salary: $80,000.00 (negotiable and competitive based on skills and experience).
