What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Media Producer position at Sinclair Inc.?
Nevada Sports Network has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, detail-orientated Social Media Producer!
Job responsibilities include:
- Social Media Management - Manage NSN’s social media accounts (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook)
- Create/implement social media strategy to increase engagement
- Create promotional videos & graphics for NSN as a whole, special shows and events
- Assist with web management
- Create 4-7 social-only content items weekly (graphics, videos, etc.)
- Live tweet major local sports events (Nevada football/Nevada basketball)
- Report monthly on NSN’s social media analytics
- Assist in marketing/branding NSN content to grow audience
- Production - Oversee NSN’s podcast efforts
- Shoot high school and college sports using broadcast & DSLR cameras
- Assist MMJ in shooting features
- Potential on-air reporting opportunities
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum two (2) years relative experience in the field preferred such as internship in broadcasting
- Degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred
- Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud software
- Ability to work with a multitude of people and personalities while maintaining a professional work environment
- Additional training will be provided
