Responsibilities

What You'll Do :

Be the Creative Spark : Translate client visions into functional and aesthetically pleasing restaurant designs using CAD and Revit software.

Precision is Key : Meticulously review Architectural Questionnaires (AQs) to ensure quotes and drawings are aligned.

Communication is King : Collaborate seamlessly with Account Managers, clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to bring projects to life.

Data Doesn't Lie : Collect accurate measurements and critical jobsite data to ensure smooth project execution.

From Plans to Reality : Generate detailed cut-books that complement your designs.

Embrace the Challenge : Tackle diverse projects and contribute to our company's growth.

Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Skills and Abilities

Who We're Looking For :

Proven experience in restaurant design and construction documentation.

Proficiency in CAD and Revit software (min 2 years exp).

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for accuracy.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must reside within 25 miles of Agawam, MA.
